Ready Set Grow Learning Academy, Inc. provides a stimulating and safe environment for children ages 30 months to twelve years old. Run as a family operation, Ready, Set, Grow is the fun, affordable alternative with the best quality you can find in town.


We seek to stimulate and develop children’s problem-solving and reactive thinking skills through staff and child directed activities in our daily agenda.


We aim to provide a safe haven for children while preparing its students to excel as young leaders of tomorrow. In hopes of achieving this goal, we will be combining an exclusive collegiate-based curriculum tailored specifically for children with enhanced, first-class child care services.



Toddlers

Focusing on developmental milestones in the areas of fine and gross motor skills, social and emotional skills, and sensory exploration.

Preschool

Providing interactive activities, emphasizing creative arts, drama, math/manipulatives, and phonics, which are key for kindergarten readiness.

School-Age

We create a healthy environment to make homework fun!We help children develop a love for learning as they grow, play and have fun.

Tour Our Facility

Following CDC Guidelines as well as OCFS Regulations, our center is prepared to tour prospective parents looking to enroll their child in our educational program. We also have video tours available

About us

Our Philosophy

Ready Set Grow aims to provide a safe haven for children while preparing its students to excel as young leaders of tomorrow. In hopes of achieving this goal, we will be combining an exclusive collegiate-based curriculum tailored specifically for children with enhanced, first-class child care services. We offer advanced technology programs, after-school tutoring, and activities such as arts and crafts, and dance, all in one location.


Our program has a strong commitment to accessibility and diversity. Its open-door policy embraces all who desire to provide a better quality of care, preparedness, and education for their children. RSG works to provide affordable, first-class caregiving and education by providing a broad range of integrated programs and services and innovative learning approaches.

All staff are specifically selected through a rigorous hiring process and are beyond qualified.

Small Class Size

In compliance with CDC, we have small class sizes to also increase learning and attentiveness.

Our Team

Meet our Qualified Staff

Many of the children in our care spend the majority of their day with us. It is for this reason that we have chosen caretakers with meticulous care. Our Lead Teachers are experienced with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Each staffer is proven to be genuinely kind, patient and passionate with children and one another. Each staff members holds a current certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR as well as several background checks including FBI Fingerprinting.



Our Activities

Music Classes

Activity Description

Our tailored curriculum allows for educators to engage with their students to provide musical learning experiences with the help of our music teacher. During these years, music is most critical to brain development.

All students partake in the music classes from 30 months, possible younger all the way through 12 years old. Our educators work hard to ensure that each activity is developmentally age-appropriate.

Music classes are scheduled in advance by school administration and included in teachers' weekly lesson plans. Lesson plans and activities are also made available in classrooms and our mobile app.

Language

Activity Description

Young children learn a second language much the same way they learn their first: through songs, stories, talking, and playing. However, it’s important to remember that studying a language a few hours a week or less can’t compare to the thousands of hours of input that a child experiences in their first language.

Toddlers, Preschool & School-Age

Language is coupled within our curriculum and included in teachers' weekly lesson plans. Lesson plans and activities are also made available in classrooms and our mobile app.

Lunch

Activity Description

In our classrooms, teachers integrate healthy eating and physical activity into daily lessons. For example, these experiences may include: sharing books that present a positive view of healthy eating and physical activity or even teaching health lessons, in subjects such as how much food/calories eaten vs. what is used up by the body each day.

Meals are provided on-site for all age-groups.

When it comes to nourishment for the little children in our care: Toddlers, Preschool and School & Age generally engage in lunch around 12 noon. However, please check the classroom schedule for your child for further information.
